Our Services
Consumer Direct Services
Consumer Directed Services (CDS), or Self-Directed Care, are programs that empower individuals to actively manage and direct their own care, allowing them to hire and manage their own caregivers or purchase services and supports, rather than having a home care agency control these aspects.
In-Home Services
In-home care, also known as home care or domiciliary care, refers to the provision of health or supportive care services to individuals in their own homes, focusing on assisting with daily living activities, medical needs, or a combination thereof.
Respite Care
Respite care refers to temporary, short-term care provided to individuals who require assistance with daily activities or medical needs. It aims to provide relief and support to caregivers, allowing them to take a break from their responsibilities.
Veteran Care
Veterans care encompasses the healthcare and support services provided by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to eligible veterans, encompassing a wide range of medical, mental health, and long-term care services, as well as benefits for family and caregivers.
Adult/Child Special Needs Care
"Special needs care" refers to the individualized support and services required by individuals with disabilities or conditions that necessitate additional assistance or accommodations to ensure their safety, well-being, and ability to participate fully in daily life.
Hospice
Hospice care is a type of specialized medical care that provides comfort and support to people who are nearing the end of their lives. It focuses on improving the quality of life for patients and their families during their final days.
Private Duty
"Private duty" in the context of healthcare refers to in-home care, often provided by a nurse or caregiver, where the focus is on individualized, continuous care for a single patient, paid for by the patient or their family, or through a long-term care insurance policy.
